This course, made for small animal general practitioners, consists of 4 modules that build on each other. Each module is a 10 hour block that focuses on learning practical veterinary vocabulary and essential communication with your clients. The schedule is flexible to allow you to take this class after hours or on weekends. All you need is an hour per class!

MODULE 1
PRIMERA CONSULTA & SINTOMAS Y SIGNOS CLÍNICOS
FIRST CONSULTATION & CLINICAL SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS
This module covers the initial greetings and basic Q&A of when a client brings in a new pet as well as external anatomy, general signs and symptoms. There is relevant vocabulary with an emphasis on speaking and listening.
MODULE 3
RECETAS & INSTRUCCIONES
PRESCRIPTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS
This module covers the vocabulary to be able to give specific instructions to your clients regarding prescriptions, home care as well as post-operative issues that may come up. You’ll be building on all of the other vocabulary and knowledge throughout.
MODULE 4
FINANZAS Y FACTURACIÓN & REVISIÓN PERSONALIZADO
FINANCE AND BILLING & PERSONALIZED REVIEW
This last module covers vocabulary and concepts to be able to discuss billing and finance options with your Spanish-speaking clients. This module will also be a review of everything learned so far. At the end, there will be a chance to add specific things that may not have been covered in the class, for example specializations, procedures or different species.
